Slat/Chain Conveying belt is used for transfer the filled bottle from the RFC machine to cooling tunnel, labelling machine, shrink machine which is designed by module, component can be interchanged easily, structure is compact, noise is little, easy assembling and maintaining, have flexibility to combine the bottle type according to the different capacity. All parts are made of stainless steel SS 304 except the Nylon by pod support and the Neck Guide rail.

Can be equipped with attached Buffer conveyor for multiple products coming from different RFC machines with suitable automation to make line more flexible.
Automation of the full line is done keeping the Filler machine synchronized with all other machineries by a very experienced in house programming team.
Can be equipped with drip tray to prevent the liquid to fall on the floor or the machine.
Rotomotive motors with gear box which can be controlled by a variable frequency drive to synchronise speed with the filling machine.
An option is available of pressure less combiner, accumulators by using multiple chains for compact space.
Layouts can be provided as per your building design to optimize performance with sufficient buffer time to get high efficiency.
