Linear washing filling & capping for glass bottle

The linear filling line is best suited for filling water, juice etc. in a glass bottle. The Linear Washing filling & capping Machine is compact and highly efficient machine with elegant look. This machine is equipped with the four stage bottle sterilization with Hot water-Detergent water- product water & air wash to clan the bottle The machine operates on the linear principle with "Rotary actuator based" mechanism and requires manual loading of bottle. Special robotic arms are provided for automatic unloading of bottles to conveyer.

This multi-functional multi-featured machine meets the GMP requirements of filling for any rigid material container. The machine has an inbuilt zero hold gravity tank on the top system. The flow of liquid is measured and converted into electronic signals through Flow Sensor, which is being controlled by PLC very accurately. Minimum adjustment required to set different containers capacities from 200 ml to 1000 ml.

Bottle size range 200 ml to 2000 ml

The bottle are loaded on the cup holding platform and bottle are cleaned in four station of washing. Specially designed cup holders provided to hold cup. The bottle are placed in an inverted position in these cup holders. Spraying nozzle does the washing of the bottle. Each and every cup wash at four station for proper cleaning and then after air spraying for drying the bottle. Solenoid valves are provided to enable the regulation of wash timings, it also spraying water when cup are stopped means insure saving of water. Robotic arms unloading the washed bottle to the conveyers. After that the bottles are conveyed to filling stations.

Empty container is loaded on the platform below nozzle, sensing the container at proper place, filling valves will deliver the set volume through nozzles. Each time after Automatic placement of the Container, Nozzle will deliver exact volume as set in touch screen PLC. After filling, Bottle will transfer to Capping for perfect capping operation.

Bottles will pass through 360 inspection System to read QR Code after filling.
